Technical Lead Programmer (C++)

In this role you will:
– Lead the Software Engineering Team
– Build, update and expand existing programs and software for mobile devices, social networks, and other digital platforms
– De-bug programs and software by testing for and fixing errors;
– Code new programs and software for mobile devices, social networks, and other digital platforms
– Edit source-code
– Communicate between departments
– Optimise game application performance
– Mentor new employees
– Develop new features
– CI/CD Support
– Integrate third party frameworks and libraries
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
– 5+ years of experience of programming on C++
– Have successfully lead a team for 3 years or more
– Hold a BCompSc or relevant qualification
– Excellent verbal communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
– Flexible and self-motivated
– Strong work ethic
– Experience in IT & gaming industry is desirable
– Have permanent work rights in New Zealand
It will be a huge plus to have:
– Experience with Unreal Engine
– Reverse engineering skills
