The World Premiere running on Friday, is part of a larger Flesh and Blood event weekend, including the first in a series of USD$10,000 professional tournaments running across the world known as the Calling, that feed into the USD$1,000,000 Flesh and Blood pro play circuit.

The Tales of Aria World Premiere event is the precursor to Tales of Aria release events that will run in over 700 stores around the world over the weekend of September 17-19, including local game stores across New Zealand.

“The mission of Legend Story Studios is to bring people together in the flesh and blood through the common language of playing great games. Trading card games serve as an incredible medium for people to come together as a community, to forge friendships, and have fun.” said James White, founder and CEO of Legend Story Studios.

There are over 2000 official stockists of Flesh and Blood in over 30 countries across the world. “Official Flesh and Blood stores host weekly in-store events, where fans meet up with other gamers to practice for the high level tournaments, or simply to relax and have fun playing with their friends. Local game stores are a welcoming place where friendships are often forged over the gaming table, and people find a sense of community. In an increasingly digital age, I believe it is more important than ever that places like this exist for people to be part of a local in-person community.” said White.
